Returns & Exchanges
Please note that for reasons in line with these products being related to hygiene, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any boxes with a broken seal. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the product, at hello@innudo.com to alert us of the issue with a photo attached, a photo of your receipt and clear description of the issue - and we'll help you straight away.
Warranty
The 2-year warranty covers you as of the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your device is defective during this period, please file a warranty claim at hello@innudo.com for a replacement. Your original receipt acts as your proof of warranty, so make sure to save it. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unreasonable use. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product.
